Welcome to my site you beautiful human! I am Valerie Denise Butler-Newbern and I am living my dreams! I used to be an Information Tech executive until I retired in 2018. I'd always longed to be an actor. Now my dream is a reality. I have gathered so many rich experiences from a life well lived and now they strengthen my ability to bring a story to life whether it be on the stage, screen or print. I’m proud to say I am a Grandmother and I love it. They call me Nana; it keeps me young at heart. I love spending time with my family and I'm a great friend. I'm a professional who shows up on time and is great on set. I am a native Chicagoan, a strong believer in lifelong learning, a lover of adventure and look forward to working on a project with you.
